4. Payment Terms

All services are invoiced after booking confirmation. Payments are due within 7 days of invoice issuance. We accept wire transfers in USD and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC). No payments are processed directly on our website.

5. Event Participation

•  Wineries must send their wine samples at least 2 months before the event.
• Participation is confirmed upon receipt of the full payment.
• In the event of a cancellation by the winery, a refund is not guaranteed unless specified in the invoice.

6. Liability

• Pinaroff is not liable for any customs delays, sample damage, or issues related to logistics once samples are sent.
• Pinaroff does not act as a sales agent post-event; wineries are responsible for their own sales negotiations with Russian buyers.
