3. Scope of Services
Pinaroff organizes wine tasting events in Russia, connecting international wineries with key buyers.
4. Payment Terms
All services are invoiced once the request form has been completed and Pinaroff has confirmed that there is a seat available for the Customer at the desired tasting. Payments are due within 7 days NET of invoice issuance.
We accept following payment methods: Wire transfers in EUR and RUB.
No payments are processed directly on our website.
4.1. Payment agent
Payments may be processed by third-party companies acting as payment agents for the proper completion of the transaction.
A tripartite payment contract between the Customer, Pinaroff and the Payment Agent is submitted to the customer for acceptance, stipulating the conditions of payment processing.
5. Event Participation
Customers must send their wine samples at least 1.5 month before the event.
Participation is confirmed upon receipt of the full payment.
In the event of a cancellation by the Customer, a refund is not guaranteed unless specified in the invoice.
6. Liability
Pinaroff is not liable for any customs delays, sample damage, or issues related to logistics once samples are sent.
Pinaroff does not act as a sales agent post-event; wineries are responsible for their own sales negotiations with Russian buyers.
