It includes a wine tasting showcase and exclusive office meetings with Russian importers and distributors involved in both On and Off Trade.
No competition between the attendees, 1 winery per wine quality range:
- Valuable < 4$ FOB /bottle
- Mid-range 5$ - 10$ FOB /bottle
- Premium 11$ - 15$ FOB /bottle
- Super Premium > 15$ FOB /bottle
All the wineries meet with 3 targeted Russian importers directly in their office for wine tasting on day #2.
Prior the event we send the full description of the wines and wineries who attend the event to all the representatives and decision-makers from our portfolio of Russian importers and distributors (both retail and HoReCa).
Then we select and invite 15 companies the most interested to purchase/import the presented wines.
Each winery successively presents its vineyard and wines to the audience. Each wine is tasted by all the participants.
No rush, you have plenty of time to explain the full vinification process and characteristics of your wines, history of your vineyard and any aspects you want to share.
The event ends with an unformal free degustation which allows the participants to taste again their preferred wines and discuss with you in more details.
We organize unique meetings and tasting of your wines with 3 targeted importers and distributors directly in their office in Moscow.
If interested, we go for a wine stores visit in Moscow Center, for a better understanding on what the trends are and how the market concretely looks like.

The first day consists in an unique wine tasting showcase held in English language. Each winery have up to 1 hour for the presentation of his wines and vineyard to 12 Russian importers and distributors involved in both retail and HoReCa segments.
The second day is dedicated to 3 exclusive and successive office meetings with importers and distributors.
You can ship wine samples at least 1 month before the event to Latvia for final delivery to Moscow.
In addition to this, you are allowed to bring 6 bottles of wine in your checked-in baggage flying to Russia.
All the shipping costs are at your expense.

Pinaroff organizes wine tasting events in Russia, connecting international wineries with key buyers. Our services include:
- Representing wineries at tasting events.
- Providing options for wineries to attend events in person
- Assisting with logistics related to sample shipments.
4. Payment Terms
All services are invoiced after booking confirmation. Payments are due within 7 days of invoice issuance. We accept wire transfers in USD and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC). No payments are processed directly on our website.
5. Event Participation
- Wineries must send their wine samples at least 2 months before the event.
- Participation is confirmed upon receipt of the full payment.
- In the event of a cancellation by the winery, a refund is not guaranteed unless specified in the invoice.
6. Liability
- Pinaroff is not liable for any customs delays, sample damage, or issues related to logistics once samples are sent.
- Pinaroff does not act as a sales agent post-event; wineries are responsible for their own sales negotiations with Russian buyers.
